International Trade and Business Law
Olivia Berdugo is completing her articles at CMKZ. She joined the firm as a law student in 2015.
As part of her articling, Olivia Berdugo assists and supports lawyers in corporate law and international trade law. Her articling allows her to work in several areas of corporate law, notably incorporating and drafting resolutions for corporations.
Olivia Berdugo was a legal intern at Baker & McKenzie, Wong & Leow and Herbert Smith in Singapore. These internships enabled her to further hone her legal skills.
She was also an active volunteer at the Legal Clinic Juripop, the Legal Information Clinic at McGill and the Legal Clinic for Non-Profit Organizations, a Pro Bono Students Canada initiative.
Olivia completed her secondary education in France and Singapore.
