Armand Kazandjian has over 37 years of experience in commercial law, generally acting as attorney, barrister, solicitor and legal advisor to international and Canadian businesses operating in Canada, the United States, the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East and in Africa. Before co-founding CMKZ, Armand Kazandjian practiced law in a large law firm and was subsequently the co-founder of the law firm Selinger, Kazandjian, which provided professional services for more than 20 years in the fields of corporate, commercial and taxation law.
Armand Kazandjian is specialized in the areas of corporate, commercial and fiscal law, particularly in the sale and purchase of businesses, foreign investment and the financing of such transactions. Throughout his practice, Armand Kazandjian advises and represents international and Canadian businesses, entrepreneurs and various boards. His duties also direct him to practice in the areas of tax planning, commercial, personal and family trusts and banking.
